Submit Transcripts and Recommendations

  • Request an official transcript from your bachelor’s degree institution to be sent directly to Thirdmill Seminary.
  • Ask your pastor to complete and submit the recommendation form on your behalf.

Student Orientation

  • Use your login credentials (emailed after acceptance) to access the Thirdmill Seminary portal.
  • Enroll in the Student Orientation Course and complete it before the first day of the academic term.

Course Selection

  • Once accepted, select your courses for the upcoming term.
  • Sign the Enrollment Agreement to confirm your place in the program.
  • Download or order your textbooks for the semester.

What Is Needed To Apply

Academic Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree*

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Degrees in theology, biblical studies, or related fields are not required, as students from all academic backgrounds are welcome to apply.

Commitment to Christian Faith

Applicants must affirm Christian beliefs consistent with the foundational teachings of Scripture and demonstrate a desire to live out their faith in their studies and ministry.

Pastoral Recommendation

A completed recommendation form or letter from a pastor or ministry leader who can attest to your character, spiritual maturity, and potential for theological studies.

Technology Requirements

To participate in our online programs, students will need:

  • A reliable internet connection.
  • A laptop or desktop computer.
  • Adobe PDF, Microsoft Office, and QuickTime Player.

Mentor

Students also work with their pastors and mentors to apply what they are learning in their local ministry contexts.

Language Proficiency

Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in the language of the program they are applying to. If needed, the Admissions Team may require a language proficiency test, which must meet the B-2 range on the CEFR Global Scale.

*Transcript Evaluation – For degrees earned outside the United States, we determine accreditation credentials using the International Council for Evangelical Theological Education (ICETE) lists. If the school is not listed or recognized, applicants will need a credential evaluation from an agency approved by the Florida Department of Education. Any associated costs will be communicated to the applicant before proceeding.
