At Thirdmill Seminary, we aim to provide a high-quality theological education at an affordable cost. Below is a breakdown of financial information, student fees, and payment policies to help you plan your academic journey effectively.
Student Fees
All payments are made in USD. The following fees apply:
- Application Fee: $20 (non-refundable)
- Student Assessment Fee: $150 per credit
Program Costs:
- Graduate Certificate in Christian Studies (available in English): $2,700 total
- Master of Arts in Christian Studies: $7,800 total
- Master of Divinity: $12,600
Additional Costs:
- Required textbooks cost an average of $30 to $50 per course or $300 to $500 per academic year for full-time students.
- Graduation fee for delivery of diploma.
- Credential evaluation fees for students with international degrees (based on external agency rates).
Payment Policy: We follow a pay-per-term policy to provide flexibility for our students.
Payment Options
Students must maintain a current account to start classes each term. Outstanding balances will result in an inability to enroll in additional courses.
Student fees for registered courses are due as follows:
Option 1
Full payment of all fees for the academic period no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Time on the Friday before the first day of class.

Option 2
Payment of 50% of total fees by the same deadline, with the remaining balance due no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Time on the fourth Friday of the academic period.

International students may contact the Admissions Team to inquire about possible cost-of-living adjustments based on their location.
Program duration options
Master of Arts in Christian Studies
4 Years
The program is a 4 year program taking one course each term.
STANDARD
2 Years
Students who take up to six credits per term can complete the program in 2 years.
ACCELERATED
Master of Divinity
6 Years
The Master of Divinity is a 6 year program taking one course per term.
STANDARD
4 Years
Students who take up to 6 credits per term can complete the Master of Divinity in 4 years.
